WordPress UI/UX Designer (Figma) for GeneratePress + GenerateBlocks + Gutenberg (Patterns/Templates)

I’m hiring a UI/UX designer to design a conversion-first WordPress website for my real estate business (cash home buyer / “we buy houses”). The site will be built by a separate developer using GeneratePress + GenerateBlocks + native Gutenberg patterns/templates (no Elementor).

This project is heavily focused on mobile-first conversions: calls + form submissions. The design must make the phone number impossible to miss and clickable everywhere, emphasize trust, and keep the layout fast and simple.

You will create a component-based design system that can be translated into GenerateBlocks patterns.

1) Design System + Component Library

Create a cohesive system for

• Typography + spacing rules
• Colors
• Buttons + CTA styles
• Card styles (features, testimonials, etc.)
• Form styles (including multi-step form styling)
• Icon style guidelines

2) Page/Template Designs (Desktop + Mobile)

Design these key screens/templates

• Homepage (conversion-first hero + trust + CTA)
• Service page template (general use)
• Location/City page template (critical — we will scale to many locations)
• Contact page (phone-first, multiple contact methods)
• Multilingual framework

3) Conversion-Focused UX Requirements

Your designs must incorporate

• Large, clickable phone number in header + hero (mobile-first)
• Sticky mobile header/CTA and click-to-call placements throughout the page
• Trust elements: real photos, testimonials, reviews widget, credentials, “as seen in” style area
• “How it works” / clear 3-step process section (reduce anxiety)
• Forms designed for conversion (multi-step form concept + progress bar + address autocomplete UI guidance)

Deliverables

Figma file including

• Design system (type, color, spacing, UI styles)
• Component library (reusable sections)
• Final page designs (desktop + mobile)
• Notes for developer (font sizes, spacing, section rules, hover states, etc.)

Preferred: short Loom walkthrough explaining the component system and template logic

Ideal Experience

• Proven UI/UX work for lead gen websites (calls/forms)
• Experience designing for WordPress Gutenberg / block-based builds (GenerateBlocks is a plus)
• Strong mobile-first layout instincts
• Bonus: experience with local SEO / location page templates
