Figma Design Specialist

To support a complex Figma design system migration, the contract Figma Design Specialist will work remotely to lead the audit, restructuring, and validation of shared libraries, components, and tokens within a large interconnected Figma environment. Key responsibilities: Audit Figma workspace files and manage the duplication and restructuring of shared libraries Execute Figma's Swap Library feature and resolve any component mismatches during the migration process Set up Token Studio in the new Figma account and validate token connections post-migration Required qualifications: Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including libraries, components, and publishing workflows Hands-on experience managing or rebuilding Figma shared libraries Strong knowledge of design token architecture and its integration with Figma variables Experience with Figma's Swap Library feature in practical applications Ability to audit complex Figma file systems and identify structural dependencies independently
