Staff Product Manager, Sourcing & Job Board

Xometry’s digital marketplace gives manufacturers the critical resources they need to grow their business while also making it easy for buyers at Fortune 1000 companies to tap into global manufacturing capacity.</span></p></div><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Xometry is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the strategy and lead the development of Sourcing and the Job Board: the systems that determine how manufacturing jobs are matched to partners so they win work that first their shop, succeed, and grow their business, while maximizing xometry’s sourcing margin.&nbsp; This is the commercial engine of the partner marketplace.&nbsp; Sourcing matches partner capability data to part and offer data and governs the priority and timing by which partners are shown available jobs.&nbsp; The Job Board is the surface where partners browse, evaluate and then accept/decline/bid/give feedback on the offers Xometry presents.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">The role sits at the intersection of partner performance, marketplace margin, and job quality, and it directly shapes how efficiently supply meets demand across a marketplace where thousands of partners take jobs every week.
