About Bulk Exchange (BX)

Bulk Exchange is modernizing how contractors and suppliers connect in the heavy civil construction industry. We are looking for an experienced UI designer with deep expertise in Webflow and Figma to improve the user experience, design consistency, and front end of our B2B marketplace.

This is not just an implementation role. We need a strategic thinker who understands business goals and can provide recommendations to improve user experience and conversion.

Project Scope & Deliverables

This project will involve designing and refining 8–10 pages for our marketplace, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

• Improve sign-up experience for contractors to increase conversion rates.
• Optimize demo sign-up for suppliers to drive engagement.
• Design for mobile and desktop responsiveness for an intuitive experience.
• Ensure brand consistency while introducing thoughtful UI enhancements.
• Deliver finalized designs in Figma.

What You’ll Do

• Design and refine user-friendly interfaces for BX’s B2B marketplace.
• Provide strategic recommendations on UI to align with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and technical constraints.
• Create high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes in Figma.
• Implement responsive, pixel-perfect designs in Webflow.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience designing for B2B marketplace platforms (portfolio required).
• Expert-level proficiency in Webflow and Figma.
• Ability to translate business objectives into intuitive, conversion-driven UI.
• Strong understanding of business strategy and ability to make design recommendations that drive measurable results.
• Reasonable availability during PST hours for collaboration.
• Self-starter with a track record of delivering high-quality work on time.
• Bonus: Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge for minor customizations.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
