On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Content Designer, Figma for a 5 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior Content Designer, Figma - Job Description

The project involves reimagining the digital experience for wealth clients. As a Senior Content Designer, you will influence the content design of digital experiences, ensuring they meet business objectives and user needs. The role includes content strategy and content audit.

Senior Content Designer, Figma - Responsibilities:

• In the rebrand, ensure pages are correctly edited and ready to publish
• Work comfortably in Figma
• Plan, write, edit, and improve content for web and mobile products
• Write clear, consistent, and concise user-interface content
• Partner with designers, researchers, product managers, developers, and business lines
• Participate in design reviews and collaborate on content strategy and storytelling
• Plan ahead for deliverables; identify stakeholders and deliver high-quality results
• Understand customer needs and synthesize research outcomes
• Build relationships, inspire confidence, and influence decisions with stakeholders

Senior Content Designer, Figma - Mandatory Skills:

• 8+ years of content writing experience
• 8+ years of content strategy experience
• 4 years’ experience with editing
• Demonstrated interest in finance
• Experience using Figma
• Accessibility experience

Senior Content Designer, Figma – Nice-to-Have Skills:

• UX Writing/content design experience
• Experience as a content designer in the finance/banking industry

Senior Content Designer, Figma – Assignment Length:

The contract duration is 5 months.
