• ** The job is on-site with a HYBRID ( 3d office / 2d home ) work schedule. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate within commuting distance of Pittsburgh PA [ - first preference of the hiring manager ! ], Cleveland OH ( Strongsville ), Birmingham AL, Dallas TX ( Farmers Branch ), Phoenix AZ

UX Design Lead :

- Have an in-depth understanding of the design system and component library

- Review designs for alignment with established design systems

- Research UX best practices and accessibility standards

- Conduct audits across site designs and prepare proposals for governance

- Create Figma graphics and documentation

- Build reusable Figma components with a strategic approach to design tokens

- etc

Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :

- At least 7-9 years of experience in UX/UI design or related field

- Extensive experience with design systems development and implementation

- Proficiency in Figma with emphasis on component building and library management

- Demonstrated product design experience with a focus on user-centered methodologies

- Strong presentation and facilitation skills for cross-functional team alignment

- Experience with design tokens and their implementation across design systems

- Knowledge of accessibility standards and UX best practices

- Illustration background strongly preferred

- Experience with mobile (native) design systems a plus
