• Designer - Design Systems & Figma Specialist
• Work schedule: 15-25 hours a week with flexible timing
• Execute and implement design solutions within established frameworks
• Maintain clean Figma files that support team collaboration
• Collaborate closely with fellow designers, strategists, copywriters, and project managers
• Create high-quality visual solutions, supporting senior team members in creative development

Requirements

• 3-5 years as a visual designer with 1-2 years working within corporate design systems
• Advanced Figma Skills
• Strong command of layout composition, typography systems, and color theory
• Basic photo retouching and composition skills
• Experience preparing and annotating files for developer handoff; understanding of design requirements for web and mobile platforms
• Ability to work effectively within teams, give and receive feedback constructively, and balance independent work with collaborative problem-solving
• Demonstrating ability to work within established design systems while maintaining visual quality and consistency
• Software Proficiency: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Google Workspace, familiarity with project management and communication tools
