Join a small, fast-moving team where your designs set the tone for every tap, pause, and scroll.Role OverviewYou’ll own the end-to-end design of our core mobile flows from early user research and wireframes through high-fidelity Figma prototypes and design-system maintenance. Partnering closely with engineering, you’ll ensure every element (badges, soft toggles, floating actions) is pixel-perfect, one-hand friendly, and feels intentional.ResponsibilitiesUser Research & Flow Mapping

Conduct interviews and usability tests to validate flows.

Translate insights into user journeys, wireframes, and annotated flow diagrams.

High-Fidelity Prototyping

Design and iterate interactive prototypes in Figma (including Smart Animate) to demo core experiences.

Define and document responsive states, motion guidelines, and thumb-reach layouts.

Design System Leadership

Build and maintain a scalable Figma design system: typography scales, spacing tokens, color palette, iconography, badges.

Publish and version components, styles, and asset-export guidelines for engineering handoff.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work hand-in-hand with Front-end Engineers to translate Figma specs into production.

Participate in grooming and sprint planning to scope design deliverables.

Iteration & Quality Assurance

Conduct rapid design iterations during sprint cycles based on engineering feedback and user-test results.

QA builds on device to ensure fidelity to designs and smooth performance (60 fps target).Required Qualifications3+ years as a Product or UX/UI Designer focused on mobile apps.

Expert proficiency in Figma: components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, design tokens.

Strong portfolio showcasing minimalist, cinematic mobile interfaces with clear attention to spacing, motion, and one-hand ergonomics.

Experience building and maintaining a living design system in Figma.

Comfortable running user research and translating findings into actionable design improvements.

Excellent verbal and written communication; able to articulate design rationale to engineers and stakeholders.Preferred QualificationsPrior work on social-feed or content-heavy mobile applications.

Familiarity with React Native or Flutter workflows and developer handoff tools (e.g., Zeplin, Figma Dev Mode).
