AI-Powered Figma Specialist for final touches on existing UX design

Project Goal

Refine and polish the UI/UX design of a premium wellness platform using AI-plugins to Figma. Specialist will polish existing wireframes for handoff to developers. This is NOT a redesign - we need expert polish on 90% complete wireframes.

We are a fast-paced AI-powered team seeking an experienced designer with strong AI workflow capabilities.

Scope of Work

Use Figma AI-plugins and integrations in working style to:

1. Clean up layouts - Proper spacing, alignment, consistent sizing

2. Create component library - Turn rough buttons/cards into reusable components

3. Add developer annotations - Measurements, color codes, interaction notes

4. Responsive behavior - How things adapt mobile to desktop

5. Interactive prototyping - Ensure all flows are clickable

6. Developer handoff prep - Organize layers, name everything properly

7. Accessibility compliance - Design for accessibility from day 0

Required Skills & Experience

AI-Enhanced Workflow Capabilities

1. Experience with AI for batch operations (resizing, color adjustments)

2. Using AI for accessibility compliance checking

3. AI-assisted design QA and consistency checking

4. Prompt engineering skills for design AI tools

Preferred tools, open to suggestions: Automator, Genius, Stark, FigmaAI

Technical Competencies

1. Design token management

2. Version control understanding (branching, merging)

3. Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards

4. Experience with design-to-code tools

Deliverables

1. Clickable wireframes in Figma with sufficient information for immediate hand-off to developer

2. Daily progress updates throughout project duration, including 1 stand-up call per day during project execution

3. Final files must pass our design QA checklist (provided after NDA)
