Designer (or Designer/Developer) for Premium Real Estate Website – Figma + Webflow

We’re building a modern, globally-minded website for a boutique real estate investment company based in Dubai (T&J Capital). Think cinematic Dubai vibes—clean, premium, tech-forward, and visually compelling.

We’re looking for someone who can

• Design a beautiful, responsive site in Figma (or similar)
• Bonus: Also develop in Webflow with animations (preferred, not required. can increase budget if it includes development)
• Align with our established brand direction (we have mood boards, logo concepts, and tone dialed in)
• Incorporate high-end visuals, light/dark theme balance, and crisp typography

Ideal candidate

• Strong UI/UX skills
• Real estate or luxury/lifestyle design experience a plus
• Ability to bring a cinematic, premium feel to web design
• Can start soon and iterate quickly with feedback

Deliverables

• Complete design of 5–6 core pages (Homepage, About, Listings Template, Services, Contact, etc.)
• Developer-ready Figma files
• If you develop in Webflow: a live, functional version with animations/interactions

Will provide mood board and logo.
