We’re looking for someone who can

Design a beautiful, responsive site in Figma (or similar)
Bonus: Also develop in Webflow with animations (preferred, not required. can increase budget if it includes development)
Align with our established brand direction (we have mood boards, logo concepts, and tone dialed in)
Incorporate high-end visuals, light/dark theme balance, and crisp typography

Ideal candidate

Strong UI/UX skills
Real estate or luxury/lifestyle design experience a plus
Ability to bring a cinematic, premium feel to web design
Can start soon and iterate quickly with feedback

Deliverables

Complete design of 5–6 core pages (Homepage, About, Listings Template, Services, Contact, etc.)
Developer-ready Figma files
If you develop in Webflow: a live, functional version with animations/interactions

Will provide mood board and logo.
