Figma Design to Mobile Responsive HTML+CSS

I have an existing Figma design of a mobile web app consisting of 4 mobile screens (see image attached). I would like these screens turned into responsive HTML+CSS for use in mobile browsers.

Deliverable will be 4 HTML files (one for each screen in the Figma layout) plus CSS code and those HTML files should render in mobile safari (at full screen) to look exactly like the Figma designs - with same styles.

On job acceptance I will provide you with the Figma design access plus the needed font files and any other assets.

I'm looking for a skilled front end mobile web developer with experience using Figma and creating pixel-perfect responsive mobile web pages.
