FIGMA: New product launch and show me how to use it

I need to create a new product launch and want to learn the basics in Figma to see if I should get my team to use it. I find it hard in Ilustrator to keep all our projects organised and I feel we are wasting a lot of time. I think there is a better way to organise a product launch and hoping Figma might be the way.
