We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented HTML email developer to convert a Figma design into a fully responsive, pixel-perfect HTML email.
š§ What Youāll Receive
A .figma file with both desktop and mobile layouts, including all design and creative assets
A PDF file showing exactly how the final email should look on desktop and mobile
A spreadsheet with all necessary URLs and reference data
ā Project Requirements
Convert the Figma design into clean, hand-coded HTML
Extract and optimize all necessary images and creative assets from the Figma file for email use
Ensure the final email looks exactly like the PDF on both desktop and mobile (pixel-perfect rendering)
Code must be responsive and work flawlessly across:
Gmail (web + mobile)
Apple Mail
Microsoft Outlook (desktop versions especially)
Yahoo, AOL, and other major clients
Use table-based layout and inline CSS to ensure maximum compatibility
Avoid unsupported CSS or JavaScript (email-safe practices only)
No external calls for assetsāall images should be embedded or linked locally

A fully functional HTML file
A folder with all optimized image assets used in the design
The HTML should reference images correctly and be ready for upload to our ESP
