Figma UI/UX Designer for MVP - Contract to Hire

Project Overview

We’re building AI-powered Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform that simplifies legal workflows. Our MVP will focus on three core features:

Contract Search & Smart Tagging

Clause Extraction & Summarization

Contract Analysis & Insights

We’re seeking a talented UI/UX Product Designer to bring these features to life in Figma, ensuring clean UX, scalable design patterns, and legal-tech usability standards.

What We’re Looking For

A freelance designer who can

Translate a written PRD into intuitive user flows and screens

Create responsive web-first designs with minimal, professional aesthetics

Understand data-driven UIs (e.g., dashboards, search results, document viewers)

Work closely with a product lead and AI engineer (collaborative async updates)

Deliverables

Wireframes for key screens (Dashboard, Contract Viewer, Search/Tagging UI)

High-fidelity Figma designs for MVP features (desktop-focused)

Interaction cues, UI states, tooltips, and modular components

Basic prototype links for stakeholder feedback

Tools & Tech Stack

Figma (required)

Familiarity with AI products, legal or SaaS platforms is a plus

Timeline & Scope

Start: Immediate

Duration: ~2–3 weeks for MVP completion

Potential follow-on work for product expansion
