We are a personal injury law firm based in Los Angeles seeking an experienced web developer to design and build our firm website.

• *Design**
• Create mockups in Figma prior to development
• Client is providing all written copy
• Site must be fully mobile-responsive on both Android and iOS
• Site must meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility compliance standards throughout
• --
• *Development and Hosting**
• Developer-coded site, not a website builder platform
• Client owns the domain on Squarespace; you will configure DNS records on Squarespace to point to the hosting environment you recommend and provision
• Recommend and set up hosting (Netlify, Vercel, DigitalOcean, or equivalent); provide clear documentation of ongoing monthly hosting costs
• Include all required California attorney advertising disclaimers
• Include a Privacy Policy page and Terms of Service page

• *Integrations**
• **RingCentral:** Embed click-to-call functionality connected to our existing RingCentral account
• **Live Chat:** Set up Tidio (or justify an alternative recommendation); staff will monitor in real time via mobile app
• **Intake Form:** Build a custom intake questionnaire with fields standard to personal injury practice; form submissions route to firm email; automated confirmation reply sent to the prospective client upon submission
• **DocuSign:** Embed a redirect button linking to our DocuSign account
• **Google Workspace:** Set up one Google Workspace account on our domain, including correct DNS configuration (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC)

• *Analytics and SEO**
• Install and configure Google Analytics 4
• Install and configure Google Tag Manager with GA4 connected as a tag
• On-page SEO: meta titles and descriptions on all pages, schema markup (LocalBusiness and LegalService at minimum), sitemap.xml, robots.txt, Google Search Console setup and verification, page speed optimization

• *Candidate Requirements**
• Demonstrated experience building developer-coded sites with third-party integrations
• Verifiable experience with WCAG 2.1 AA compliance
• Familiarity with RingCentral embed, Google Workspace DNS configuration, and GA4/GTM setup
• Must communicate clearly on timeline and flag any dependency on client deliverables promptly
• Spanish speaker is a big plus
