The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail and be able to match the design specifications exactly while ensuring performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

Responsibilities

Convert Figma designs into clean, maintainable, and responsive React application
Ensure pixel-perfect accuracy between design and implementation
Optimize code for performance and SEO
Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
Collaborate with our backend team to integrate APIs where needed

Requirements

Proven experience converting Figma designs into live, fully functional apps
Experience with frameworks like React.js / Next.js
Experience working with data-tables (Tanstack React Table, ag-grid)
Knowledge of responsive design principles
Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, ShadCN Material UI
Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) standards
State management (React Query, Zustand, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and design fidelity

Nice to Have

Experience with animations and transitions (e.g., Framer Motion, GSAP)
Experience integrating LLMs/Agents into applications
Experience with low-code frameworks like Refine.dev
