Front-End Developer Needed to Convert Figma Designs into Pixel-Perfect Frontend

We are looking for an experienced front-end developer who can take our Figma designs and bring them to life as a pixel-perfect, responsive frontend.

The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail and be able to match the design specifications exactly while ensuring performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

Responsibilities

• Convert Figma designs into clean, maintainable, and responsive React application
• Ensure pixel-perfect accuracy between design and implementation
• Optimize code for performance and SEO
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
• Collaborate with our backend team to integrate APIs where needed

Requirements

• Proven experience converting Figma designs into live, fully functional apps
• Experience with frameworks like React.js / Next.js
• Experience working with data-tables (Tanstack React Table, ag-grid)
• Knowledge of responsive design principles
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, ShadCN Material UI
• Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) standards
• State management (React Query, Zustand, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and design fidelity

Nice to Have

• Experience with animations and transitions (e.g., Framer Motion, GSAP)
• Experience integrating LLMs/Agents into applications
• Experience with low-code frameworks like Refine.dev
