Front-End Developer Needed to Update HTML Based on Figma Designs

We're looking for an experienced front-end developer to update an existing HTML site (https://html.birthdaybennies.com/) to align with updated Figma designs. The work involves modifying multiple UI elements and page types—including enhanced card layouts, sticky headers and sidebars, improved hover effects, additional visual states, and adding a couple of new pages. You’ll primarily follow Figma files, with support from detailed specification documentation outlining both functional and visual changes. This is a front-end focused role requiring clean, responsive HTML/CSS with attention to usability and consistency. Experience with PHPListings (phplistings.com) is a plus, but not required—we may continue with you on backend work using its directory capabilities after the front end is complete. Please include an estimated budget and timeline in your proposal.
