Help us get started using Flowbite/TailwindCSS & Figma to build a website

We're a designer-developer team struggling with our Figma-to-code workflow using Flowbite and Tailwind. We need someone experienced to:

- Show us the best way to use the Flowbite Figma design library (we have Flowbite Pro)

- Guide us on efficiently converting Figma designs to working code

- Provide 2-3 short coaching sessions to establish a clear workflow

Who We're Looking For

- Frontend developer with hands-on Flowbite/Tailwind experience

- Someone who understands both the design and development sides

- Clear communicator who can explain practical workflows

- Available for a few hours initially, with potential follow-up questions
