LOCAL Web Designer and Graphics using Plasmic, Figma or something similar - Contract to Hire

We are creating a new platform called Resodo.com The user experience needs to be refined and finalized for launch. I have two developers using Slack and Asana to task out and complete the dev phases and now need a designer to work side by side with me at times to complete the final appearance phase before launching the site. I need a local designer to work with. I dont want to use a remote viewing option. It has been taking too long and creates issues. I see this project taking a 2-4 weeks with ongoing revisions over a longer time that may lead to a full time position in the future if desired. I live in monument Colorado and can travel as far as Colorado Springs to work with the Designer. I need the designer to view the site and see the vision for flow and then create a few mock templates as images to review before moving forward with a choice that the designer and developers can then integrate onto the site. We need graphics capability and site flow competence for all the features.
