Quick Figma Wireframe Needed for Prototype

I am looking for a talented designer to create a set of simple designs and prototypes in Figma.

I have a mock-up, but need to deliver the following:

A simple set of designs/prototype in Figma to meet the scope of my project

Need to make sure that the prototype meets the needs I have identified during research.

Need to think about how to weave in accessibility and/or universal design principles.

Need to think about how different media types can be used - e.g. video, etc.

Need to think about how you can introduce and describe the use of new/emerging technology such as AI.

Need to think about how you would go about measuring the effectiveness of the design.
