Temporary Web Developer (Webflow + Figma) – Immediate Start

We’re looking for an experienced Web Developer to jump into an ongoing Webflow project immediately. This is a **temporary, contract-based position** with the potential for ongoing project work depending on performance and need.

🧰 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Picking up where a previous developer left off—must be comfortable navigating and working within an existing Webflow structure
  • Making **styling and layout refinements** using Webflow’s designer and custom CSS to match approved Figma designs and brand standards
  • Reviewing a **Google Sheet of edits**, marking completed items, and leaving notes for clarity and communication
  • Cross-referencing edits with **Figma design files** and executing changes in Webflow
  • Maintaining visual consistency and styling across multiple pages and components
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders via Slack and async tools

✅ Requirements

  • **Strong proficiency in Webflow** (you must have a portfolio showcasing advanced Webflow work)
  • **Working knowledge of Figma** – you should be comfortable translating designs into pixel-perfect builds
  • Solid understanding of CSS and styling best practices
  • Ability to work during **Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours** (ideally available from 9am–7pm EST)
  • Comfortable with **flexible availability** – some days may be heavier than others depending on project needs
  • Fast learner – must get up to speed quickly with our existing workflow, brand styles, and systems
  • Detail-oriented and proactive communicator

⚠️ This is not

  • A role for beginners
  • A design role (though you will be reviewing designs)
  • A fixed schedule job – we may tap you in flexibly based on workload
