We are building a cutting-edge SaaS referral platform for tradespeople in Australia and need a talented UX designer to take our fully written user flow scope and turn it into a visual, interactive flow and wireframe system in Figma.

The project is already deeply scoped (30+ flows) and includes onboarding, referral logic, job matching, smart nudging, gamification, admin tools, and payment integration. We need your expertise to map this visually and help guide the design system that follows.

🎯 Your Responsibilities

Translate our written user flow document into clickable user journey maps

Build low-fidelity wireframes to represent each core screen and pathway

Ensure logic covers both desktop and mobile experiences

Establish a Figma file structure for ongoing development

Provide feedback suggestions or identify gaps based on UX best practices

Work collaboratively and iterate based on input

3+ years of UX/UI experience
