UX/UI Designer (Figma)

We’re looking for a talented freelance designer to join our team on an ongoing basis, supporting us with a range of UX and digital design projects. This role will be approximately 20 hours per week, with the potential to flex up or down depending on workload. You'll be working as part of a high-performing team delivering projects for mid-market and enterprise clients, often in the CRM and digital transformation space.

You must be highly proficient in Figma, with a strong understanding of designing for web—everything you produce should be built for handover and development, not just conceptual visuals. Attention to detail, design consistency, and usability best practices are essential. You’ll be expected to contribute to wireframes, page layouts, UI components, and responsive web design across a mix of B2B and corporate-facing sites and applications.

We’re looking for someone with a sharp, modern aesthetic—your portfolio should clearly demonstrate design maturity, versatility, and strong web fundamentals. This is a hands-on role that requires both creativity and structure: you should be confident taking briefs, collaborating with strategists and developers, and owning end-to-end designs within a systemised design environment.

Please note: due to the nature of our client work, you will be required to sign an NDA before starting, and none of the work you complete with us can be used in your personal portfolio or promotional materials. We're looking for a reliable, professional freelancer who is comfortable working within boundaries and committed to high-quality output.
