Webflow Developer (Figma to Webflow – SaaS Website with Animations)

We're an agency seeking a talented Webflow Developer to bring our Figma designs to life.

You will be responsible for building a clean, high-performing marketing website in Webflow based on the finalized desktop design and making it responsive. A strong eye for design and attention to animation details is key, we’re looking for someone who can elevate the static designs with thoughtful, on-trend Webflow animations and transitions.

This is a freelance project-based role with the potential for future work.

🔧 Responsibilities

Convert Figma design files into a fully responsive Webflow website

Implement tasteful, performance-conscious animations and interactions using Webflow's native tools

Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility

Optimize the site for fast load times and performance

Collaborate with our internal team (via Slack, Zoom, or email) for feedback and implementation alignment

✅ Requirements

Proven experience building custom Webflow sites based on provided Figma files (portfolio required)

Strong understanding of Webflow Designer, CMS, and animation capabilities

Proficiency with modern front-end techniques (HTML/CSS) and best practices

Ability to translate static designs into interactive, engaging experiences

Familiarity with responsive design principles and accessibility considerations

Good communication skills and a reliable, proactive attitude. Strong written and spoken English is preferred. It does not need to be native, but we would like to ensure there is no language barrier.

Experience with SaaS websites and marketing site best practices

Understanding of basic SEO principles and Webflow’s CMS

Light knowledge of JavaScript for advanced interactions (not required but helpful)
