Website messaging & designer for Figma/Framer designs

I want someone to help me come up with the messaging, and branding and implement the design for a new service I want to launch. I can help make the mock ups on for messaging etc on WIX but need someone to make it more professional. goal would me to make something I can start testing in GTM/Marketing campaigns
