ABOUT THE POSITIONAs a UI/UX Designer at ASTEC Digital, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our connectivity platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and engineers, to transform complex technical features into user-friendly designs.Key Activities & Responsibilities:· Collaborate with product managers to understand user needs, business goals, and technical requirements.· Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to illustrate your design concepts.· Create user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.· Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make data-driven design decisions.· Work closely with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of design solutions.· Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design. To be successful in this role, your experience and competencies are:· Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.· Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.· Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.· Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.· Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.· Experience with construction or industrial equipment industry is a plus.Supervisor and Leadership ExpectationsNo supervisory responsibilities.
