As a Workforce & Vendor Manager at Figma, you will play a critical role in designing and building exceptional support experiences. You will be responsible for managing the relationship with our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider, determining capacity needs for both our BPO and internal Full-Time Employee (FTE) teams, and driving continuous improvement in workforce planning and vendor performance.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and our BPO partner to optimize support operations, forecast short and long-term capacity needs, and maintain workforce capacity models to predict staffing requirements. Your expertise will help identify opportunities to optimize support operations through effective vendor management and capacity planning.
